Shoals Technologies Group Inc., a leading provider of electrical balance of system (“EBOS”) solutions for solar, battery storage, and electric vehicle charging infrastructure, Monday announced the addition of two seasoned professionals to its leadership team. The company is expanding its senior management with the appointment of a Chief People Officer and a Senior Director of Communications, signaling a strategic focus on talent management and enhanced communications.
James Hart, an accomplished HR executive with 19 years of experience, joins Shoals with a proven track record in developing and implementing human resources strategies that drive organizational success. In this role as Chief People Officer, Hart will lead Shoals’ efforts in fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture, driving employee and community engagement initiatives, and attracting top-tier talent to support the company’s growth.

Mr. Hart joins Shoals from Cardlytics, where he served as vice president of people, leading the people and culture function for the organization. He began his career at Southwire Company, serving in multiple human resources roles over 13 years with the largest divisions in the company.
In addition to the Chief People Officer appointment, Shoals Technologies Group welcomes New Senior Director of Communications, Sara Jo Walker, an accomplished communications professional with a strong background in Public Relations and Corporate Communications. She will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing Shoals’ communication and community engagement strategies, enhancing brand awareness, and fostering transparent communication both internally and externally.

Sara Jo joins Shoals from Comcast, where she served for over 12 years in communications, public relations, and government affairs. As Senior Director, Sara Jo led communications strategies and was integral in community relations, building brand reputation, and external and crisis communications efforts.
