The Sunset Concert Series will kick off May 6 on the steps of the Robertson County Courthouse. The series will feature five concerts each beginning at 6:30 p.m. and ending at 8:30 p.m.

This year’s live music lineup includes:

  • May 6: The Fortunate Sons with Buzzy Poole & Dewayne Bellar
  • June 3: Four on the Floor
  • July 1: High Road
  • August 5: Ten Year Town
  • September 2: Jimmy Church Band

“We are thrilled the Historic Springfield Event Coordinators have partnered with us again,” said Terry Martin, Springfield Parks and Recreation Director. “This year marks the fourth year we’ve worked together to bring free live entertainment to our city.”

First Friday Night Markets is a free, family and pet-friendly event series that features food trucks, a kid’s zone, classic car cruise-ins, a farmer’s market, and shopping with local artisans and downtown merchants. This event is held from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. on the first Friday of each month from May to October.
