William “Spanky” Blease Lane, 39, of Greenbrier, TN, passed away from his battle with cancer on October 6, 2022.

He was born in Fort Campbell, KY and grew up in East Nashville where he graduated from Stratford High School in 2001.

He worked at West Meade Pool Company for 17 years. He loved playing sports and regularly played Softball, Disc Golf and Golfing and working his garden.

He is preceded in death by his godmother, Tina Benton; both sets of grandparents.

Survived by his wife, Tuesday Lane; son, Caleb; mother, Sharon Lane; father, Bill (Sue) Lane; sisters, EJ (Mark) Samuel & Katie (Scotty) Sizemore; nieces, Caroline & Sharilyn; nephews, Nathan, Kason, Kameron, Jamari & Kendon; brother-in-law, Nicolas (Lauren) German; father-in-law, Jack Adams; mother-in-law, Rebecca (Bruce) Roberts; several aunts, uncles and cousins; countless friends; and his cat, Django.

Visitation will be Thursday from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm and Friday from 11:00 am to service time at 2:00 pm at Phillips-Robinson Funeral Home. https://www.phillipsrobinson.com
