Patricia ‘Patsy’ Gayle Meadows of Springfield, Tennessee, passed away on Sunday, March 20, 2022 at her home, she was 74 years old.
Mrs. Meadows was born on October 25, 1947 in Nashville, Tennessee to the late Malcolm & Lena Jones Morris.
She was a homemaker and a national horse judge. She dearly loved her family and her Jesus and was a minister to all. She was a member of New Life Community Church.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Ralph W. Meadows, Sr.; son, Ralph W. Meadows, Jr.; and siblings, Anne Morris, Randy Morris, and David Morris.
Survivors include her daughter, Marilyn Meadows; daughter-in-law, Renee Meadows; brother, Wayne (Margaret) Morris; grandchildren, Brandon Payne, Sr., Brandy (JayBo) Bilbrey, Lacey Dawn (Jay) Walker, and Malcom (Meghan) Meadows; great-grandchildren, Tristan Payne, Brandon Payne, Jason Bilbrey, Jordan Payne, Jonathan Payne, Jacob Bilbrey, Clayton Payne, Ethan Walker, and Ava Raine Walker; and great-great-grandchildren, Kensley Payne, Cora Payne, and soon to be Lovie Mai Meadows.
Funeral services will be conducted at Austin & Bell Funeral Home in Pleasant View at 1:00 PM on Friday, March 25th, with Bro. Gerald Prior officiating. Burial will follow in Bellwood Cemetery with Brandon Payne, Sr., Malcom Meadows, Brandon Payne, Jr., Jason Bilbrey, Jordan Payne, and Jonathan Payne serving as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers are Jacob Bilbrey, Clayton Payne, Ethan Walker, JayBo Bilbrey, and Jay Walker.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday, March 24th from 2:00 PM until 8:00 PM and again on Friday from 11:00 AM until the hour of service at 1:00 PM.
