Helen Marjorie Woodworth Mayes, age 91 of White House passed away Sunday, September 5, 2021 in White House, TN.
Funeral Service will be held at 11an Thursday, September 9, 2021 at Austin & Bell Funeral Home Greenbrier with Bro. Jack Martin officiating. The family will receive friends from 4 pm to 7 pm on Wednesday, September 8th and 9 am until hour of service on Thursday at the funeral home.
She was born in Nova Scotia, Canada on March 25, 1930 to the late Walter A. and Nellie Branch Woodworth. She was also preceded in death by her husband Norman Bruce Mayes; daughter, Jacqueline Pruett; son, David Scott, and 12 siblings.
She is survived by son, Walter Scott of Adams, TN; daughter, Lisa (Ricky) Hand of Lake City, FL; seven grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
