Frances Janet Clinard, age 93, of Springfield, Tennessee passed away on Tuesday, February 21, 2023 at NHC Springfield.
Mrs. Clinard was born February 25, 1929 in Springfield to the late Iley and Frances Fyke Hollingsworth.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Walter Green Clinard; and her brother, Forrest Hollingsworth.
Mrs. Clinard is survived by daughters, Denise (Ronnie) Holman and Frieda (Mike) McClure; son, Bobby (Ann) Clinard; 6 grandchildren, Stacy (Josh) White, Nicki (Brad) Edwards, Kim (Sam) Andavazo, Scott (Leslie) McClure, Kevin (Brittany) Clinard and Keith (Kristy) Clinard; 10 great-grandchildren, Adam (Heather) Edwards, Lexi (Reece) Earheart, Keely Buchanan, Kylie Andavazo, Hunter Clinard, Hayden Clinard, Harris Clinard, Morgan McClure, Max McClure and Katy White; 1 great great grandchild, Emersyn Edwards; and a sister, Peggy Fowler.
Funeral services were conducted at 2 pm Sunday, February 26th in the chapel of Austin & Bell Funeral Home in Springfield with Bro. Sam Andavazo officiating and vocalist Kathy Sneed. Burial will follow in the Elmwood Cemetery with Scott McClure, Keith Clinard, Josh White, Adam Edwards, Reece Earheart and Bradley Edwards serving as pallbearers.
The family will receive friends from 12 pm until time of the service at 2 pm Sunday at the funeral home.
