Mrs. Doris Coleman Bagby, age 96, of Adams, passed away Friday, August 20, 2021 at her home.
A Graveside Service will be held Tuesday, August 24, 2021 at 8 am in the Bellwood Cemetery with Brother Marvin Crouch officiating. There will be no visitation prior to the graveside service.
Mrs. Bagby was born February 15, 1925 in Davidson County, to the late Claude and Owa Foster Coleman. She worked at Acme Boot and was a member of the Adams Church of Christ. She loved going to church, cooking, talking on the phone, and taking care of her family.
In addition to her parents, Mrs. Bagby is preceded in death by her husband, Woodrow Walker Bagby, and her son, Thomas Andrew Bagby.
Mrs. Bagby is survived by her son, David Bagby of Adams, and her grandsons, Joshua Bagby and William Bagby, both of Adams.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Adams Church of Christ or to the Guthrie Church of Christ. Any donations may be sent in c/o Austin & Bell.
