Beverly Sue (Mantlo) Arms, 76 of Springfield, Tennessee was welcomed in the arms of the Lord on Tuesday, October 11, 2022.

Beverly was born on July 1, 1946 in Springfield, TN to the late Lewis Owen Mantlo and Sue Lillian Brown Mantlo.

She was a member of Cedar Hill Baptist Church, where she dedicated her life to the Lord. Beverly can be described as a giver, a comforter, selfless, and Godly women. She was also full of elegance and grace.

Beverly married her best friend Donnie Arms on September 27, 1964. Beverly and Donnie have the kind of love that shows what a true Christian marriage should be. Where they put God as the center of focus. They built a beautiful life together. It was not always easy, but they always had each other.

Beverly started her career very young as a nurse at Jesse Holman Jones. She showed compassion and nurture throughout her career. She not only touched the lives of her patients, but also the ones she worked beside. Beverly was loved and respected by all who crossed her path. Her brilliant mind and dedication paved the way for her success as a nurse. After 32 years, Beverly retired from Northcrest Medical center, where she will always be remembered for her sweet, kind spirit.

Beverly was not only a wife or nurse, but a loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. Her pride and joy were the accomplishments of those she loved the most. Beverly had a love so pure, and always knew what exactly was needed. She shared the word of God, and taught each of them that the only way to move forward is to put God first. She inspired them to love with all their heart, and what the true meaning of family is.

Our hearts on Earth have a missing piece, but we know she is rejoicing in the presence of the Almighty King. We know standing there beside our Lord are the open arms of her beloved son. Today we celebrate the life of a women who gave her all and loved all. She is whole, healed, and fully restored. As she walks the streets of gold small children will surround her as she loves and nurtures them.
