Annie Dale Terrell Adkins, 91, of Cedar Hill, Tennessee passed from this life on Friday, September 23, 2022, at her home.
Mrs. Adkins was born November 3, 1930, in Stewart County to the late John Thomas and Gracie Atkins Terrell.
She was a graduate of Cedar Hill High School Class of 1949 and was a member of Cedar Hill United Methodist Church where she was active in the WMU. Mrs. Adkins was a homemaker and co-owner of Adkins Service Station. She loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren, and loved both gardening and traveling.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband: Royce Harold “Corky” Adkins.
Mrs. Adkins is survived by her son and daughter-in-law: Dr. Royce Terrell “Terry” and Cheri Adkins of Sevierville, by her grandsons and their wives: Joshua Royce and Rachel Adkins, Dr. Zachary Mitchell and Elizabeth Adkins, and Adam Thomas and Lindsay Adkins, and by her great-grandchildren: Harrison Royce and Warner Thompson Adkins.
Funeral services will be conducted Monday, September 26th at 2:00 p.m. in the Oakhurst Chapel of the Robertson County Funeral Home with Brother Isaac Bourne officiating. Interment will follow in the Elmwood Cemetery with Josh Adkins, Zach Adkins, Adam Adkins, David Mitchell, Troy Adkins, Herman Mason, Stephen Mason, and Ryan Dickerson serving as pallbearers.
