Alan Davis Carroll, age 68 of Springfield, Tennessee passed away on May 22, 2022, at NorthCrest Medical Center.
He was born on February 6, 1954, to David and Joe Ann Carroll in Paducah, Kentucky.
Alan was baptized on May 10, 1970, and a faithful member of Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witness. He graduated from Springfield High School in 1972 and began working for Peterbilt Motors for over thirty years. He enjoyed sharing his hope for the future with everyone he met. Alan was known for his adventurous spirit, keen sense of humor, and agreeable nature.
Alan is preceded in death by his father, David M. Carroll.
He is survived by his loving wife, Sherry Carroll; daughter, Cara (Marcello) Santarsiera; mother, Jo Ann Carroll; siblings, Jimmy (Cindy) Carroll, Danny (Bridgette) Carroll, Julie (John) Fuqua, and Kilp (Rebekah) Carroll; nephew, Johnathan Caroll and nieces Amelia Fuqua and Claire Carroll.
A Life Celebration will be held on Saturday, May 28, 2022 at 3 pm in the chapel of Springfield Funeral Home. Visitation with the family will be on Saturday from noon until the time of service. https://www.springfieldfh.com
