Kevin Lee Tate, age 56 of Greenbrier passed away Tuesday, October 12, 2021 at NorthCrest Medical Center.
Funeral Service will be 1 pm on Friday, October 15th, 2021 at Austin & Bell Funeral Home Greenbrier with Bro. Jim Hester officiating. The family will receive friends 4 pm to 8 pm on Thursday, October 14 and 11 am until the hour of service on Friday at the funeral home. Pallbearers will be Jesse Dunn, Matt Oliver, Brandon Russell, Jamie Green, Tate Moore, and Dale Richardson. Inurnment will take place at Pleasant Grove Methodist Church in White House at a later date.
He was born January 15, 1965 in Bucyrus, Ohio to the late John Larry Tate and Mary Alice Richardson Tate.
He was a Lead Installer for CSC Service Works. He loved his family very much, especially the grandchildren and spending time with them. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, taxidermy, keeping, and spending time in the Smoky Mountains.
He is survived by his wife of 35 years Cathy Lee Lacroix Tate; mother, Mary Alice Richardson Tate; daughters, Sara Holly (Jesse) Dunn, Becca Lee Tate; sisters, Cynthia (Jeff) Crosslin, Beverly (Authur) Moore; grandchildren, Logan “JR” Seeley, Jr., Leela Dunn, Bella Dunn; numerous nephews and nieces.
