The White House Police Department is hosting a S.P.E.A.R.E. class on December 18th from 1:00 PM until 5:00 PM.
This class will consist of approximately 2 hours of classroom presentation covering spiritual, mental, and physical self-defense while also informing you on what an attacker looks for in a victim. For the last 2 hours, we will work on physical self-defense skills.
This is an excellent class for college-age women but also for Moms and daughters to take together. The class will be at the White House Police Department 303 N Palmers Chapel Rd White House Tn, 37188.
