A water main leak is affecting residents on Mount Zion Road, Woods Road, Cherokee Trail, and Old Coopertown Road, reports City of Springfield on social media.
Customers in that area may be experiencing a water outage or low water pressure.
Crews are working diligently and quickly to isolate issues and restore water to those affected.
