Meter Reader Billy Braswell was recently recognized for providing excellent customer service to a young resident!
When a child leaving school dropped their belongings and the wind scattered their papers, Billy stopped and collected their schoolwork for them.
Executive Assistant to the City Manager/HR Director Kimberly Brickles presented Billy with a “Caught You Caring” award.
The “Caught You Caring” program is intended to recognize employee conduct that represents the city’s mission:
