A dead body was found dumped near the Tennessee/Kentucky state line in Robertson County on June 11, WSMV reports.
According to Robertson County Sheriff’s Office, 24-year-old Carlos Camaja, of Springfield, was found shot to death near train tracks in the area of North Qualls Road and Pineywoods Road.
The preliminary investigation indicates Camaja wasn’t killed at the location where he was found. Deputies believe he was dumped in that area after he was shot.
At this time, deputies have not released information on a suspect.
The investigation remains ongoing.
