The SONIC winter menu arrived in the SONIC App on October 26, 2026, and reaches SONIC Drive-In locations nationwide on November 2. The holiday lineup includes the new Santa Slush Float, the new Smoked Gouda and Bacon SONIC Smasher and a refreshed $7 Big Deal Meal. Santa Slush Float Pairs Cherry and Vanilla With Soft Serve
The Santa Slush Float is the dessert drink of the winter lineup. It starts with an icy Slush made with cherry and vanilla flavors, which is then layered with SONIC’s vanilla soft serve and topped with a cherry. The drink is served in a Santa-themed cup and is available only for the holiday season.
Smoked Gouda and Bacon SONIC Smasher Comes as a Double or Triple
For a savory option, the new Smoked Gouda and Bacon SONIC Smasher is a seasonal version of the chain’s SONIC Smasher burger. Guests can order it as a double or a triple. Each one is built with smoked gouda, crispy bacon and black pepper aioli on hand-smashed, made-to-order Angus beef patties.
$7 Big Deal Meal Includes a Cheeseburger, Chicken Bites and a Drink
SONIC also updated its $7 Big Deal Meal for the winter season. The meal now includes:
- A SONIC Cheeseburger
- Choice of medium Tots or Fries
- Small Premium Chicken Bites
- A medium drink (soft drink or iced tea)
Merry Berry Fizz and Holiday Creamy Vanilla Join the Drink Menu
Two new holiday drink flavors round out the menu. The Merry Berry Fizz is made with Sprite or Sprite Zero and cranberry syrup. The Holiday Creamy Vanilla is made with Coca-Cola or Coca-Cola Zero, vanilla syrup and sweet cream.

SONIC Drink Purchases Support Local Schools
A portion of every SONIC Drink, Slush, Blast and Shake purchase goes to the SONIC Foundation through the Limeades for Learning initiative. The foundation uses those funds to support local schools in the communities SONIC serves, working with partners like DonorsChoose. SONIC has donated more than $32 million to public school classrooms since 2009. How to Join SONIC Rewards
Guests can join SONIC Rewards by downloading the SONIC App from the App Store or Google Play and signing up in the app. Current SONIC App users don’t need to sign up again. They only need to update to the latest version of the app to access SONIC Rewards and start earning points and perks.
