Scammers are impersonating deputies from the Robertson County Sheriff’s Office.
The scammers are telling the victims they have missed jury duty, and that there are warrants out for their arrest. The scammers state the warrants can be satisfied if the victim goes to Coinstar and deposits cash into a Bitcoin account.
Always remember, the Sheriff’s Office does NOT call demanding money for arrest warrants or missed jury duty. Please share so you and others don’t become a victim.
