One person was injured in a shooting in Springfield over the weekend.
At approximately 5:45 p.m. on March 19, 2023, Springfield Police officers responded to a call regarding a gunshot wound near 10th Avenue East and Memorial Boulevard.
Upon arrival, officers made contact with a male victim who had sustained a non-life threatening injury to the leg.
