Viola Mae Simmons, age 92 of White House, Tennessee, passed away on Tuesday, March 19th, 2024, after a long illness, at White House Health and Rehab with family by her side.
She was born on October 1st, 1931, in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, to the late Jessie Lee Helms and the late Sylvia E Williams Helms.
She was a wonderful and hardworking mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, aunt and sister, who will be missed dearly.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her first husband and father to her children, Herman Bridges.
She is survived by her children, Jerry Bridges (Linda), Jimmy Bridges (Darcel), Pamela Orr, Sandy Reisinger (Mike), Carolyn Stillman (Steve Scott), Debbie Vasconcellos (Jerry), Donna Wallis (Therman); several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews; and a brother, Jack Helms.
