Mr. Terry Wesley Lane passed away on Tuesday, September 6, 2022, he was 68 years old.
Born in Smyrna and raised in Nashville, he and his wife of 49 years, Vickie Singer Lane, relocated to Cross Plains.
Proceeded in death by his father Charles Lane, Terry is survived by his wife, Vickie Lane, and his 3 children Angie (Nathaniel) Scates of Bon Aqua, Wesley (Lisa) Lane of White House, and Misty (Bryon) Keen of Gainesboro.
Along with his wife and children Terry is also survived by his mother, Edna Mayton, sister Debbie Brown and brothers Jim Mayton and Bodie Lane; as well as 7 grandchildren Allison, Matthew, Garrett, Baylie, Kaylea, Bryson, and Charlotte, and 1 great-granddaughter, Marceline.
Terry will be cremated and a memorial service will be held at Austin & Bell Funeral Home (Springfield) on September 17, 2022. Visitation is from 11 am-1 pm with service to follow from 1 pm-2 pm, proper attire is required.
If so desired small vases of memorial flowers or small potted plants may be sent in Mr. Lane’s memory to Austin & Bell.
