Terry Wade Johnson, 52, of Springfield, passed away on Tuesday, December 12, 2023.
Terry was born April 10, 1971, in Houston, TX.
He had formerly worked as an assembly technician and was a member of Calvary Baptist Church in Greenbrier. Terry loved yard work, gardening, playing basketball, and was an avid Dallas Cowboys fan.
He was preceded in death by his father: Virgil Wayne Johnson, by his brother: Timothy Wayne Johnson, and by his grandparents: Fred and Allie Mae Malone, and Eva Dean Odom.
Terry is survived by his mother: Evelyn “Sam” Chaney of Springfield, by his daughter: Shaila May Johnson, and by his brother: James Stacey Chaney, Jr. of Springfield.
Graveside services will be conducted on Wednesday, December 20th at 1:00 p.m. in the Mt. Sharon Cemetery with Pastor Gary Dillard officiating. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
