Steven Leonard Aguiar “Steve”, age 65 of Springfield, Tennessee, died Thursday, March 10, 2022 at his home.
Mr. Aguiar was born on January 19, 1957 in Joelton, Tennessee to the late Richard & Winnie Lisenbee Aguiar. He worked as a painter and was a veteran of the United States Army. He was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed fishing and hunting.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his brothers, David, Frank, and Richard Jr. Aguiar; and sister, Bonnie Beavers.
Survivors include his wife, Tammy Clemons; sons, Joshua Aguiar and Thomas Clemons; daughters, Brianne Aguiar, Kristy (Brian) Blair, and Casey Clemons; brother, Donald Aguiar; brother-in-law, Allen Beavers; nieces, Patty Sparks, Linda Henson, Stephanie Harvey, and April & Jennifer Aguiar; nephews, Izzy Aguiar, Christopher Aguiar, and Matthew & Trevor Sparks; and 10 grandchildren.
Funeral services will be conducted at Austin & Bell Funeral Home in Pleasant View at 2:00 PM on Sunday, March 13th, with Bro. Charles Matthews officiating. Burial will follow in Martins Chapel Cemetery with Brian Blair, Thomas Clemons, Kristy Blair, and Casey Clemons serving as pallbearers.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday from 10:00 AM until the hour of service at 2:00 PM.
