Sharon Kay Hicks, age 66 of White House, Tennessee went home to be with the Lord Monday, February 27, 2023 at her home.
She was born September 26, 1956 in Nashville, TN to George & Novie Long O’Saile.
She worked in finance and billing for the State of Tennessee. She was a member of The Turning Point Church, where she faithfully served. She was a loving, giving and Godly lady who enjoyed cooking meals for her church and for her family and friends. She enjoyed spending time with her children and her grandchildren more than anything else.
She is preceded in death by her parents.
She is survived by her son, Paul (Amanda) Hicks, Portland, TN; daughter, Kimberly (Stephen) Burton, Goodlettsville, TN; brother, George Michael O’Saile, Greenbrier, TN; sister, Sandra McGregor, Portland, TN; 4 grandchildren, Chelsey Burton, Austin Hicks, Hunter Hicks and Gavin Burton.
Funeral service is scheduled for Thursday, March 2, 2023 at 12 noon in the chapel of Austin & Bell Funeral Home in White House with Bro. Kurtis Burton, officiating. Interment will follow in White House Memorial Gardens with Joey O’Saile, Jeremy O’Saile, Josh Marks, Josh McGregor, David LaDouceur and Jason Walker serving as pallbearers. Visitation with the family is planned for Wednesday, March 1, 2023 4-8 pm and Thursday, March 2, 2023 10am until the hour of the service at the funeral home.
