SaraLou “Sally” Stokes, age 74 of Pleasant View, Tennessee, passed away Tuesday, July 20, 2021 at her home.
Sally was born on March 31, 1947 in Clearfield, Pennsylvania to the late Leroy Hamilton & Mary Irene Cederholm Sawyer. She retired with over 20 years as a bookkeeper for numerous car dealerships and other companies. After retirement, she was a loving caregiver to her mother. Sally loved to decorate for Halloween and Christmas. She loved her figurines, feeding the hummingbirds and especially her beloved dog, CC. She was a Christian.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by a son, Thomas E. McGrath, Jr.; brothers, Kenneth Sawyer and Donald Sawyer.
Survivors include her husband of 38 years, Mike Stokes; daughter, Susan (David) Beard; granddaughter, Taegen Beard; and her beloved dog, CC.
Sally’s remains will be cremated and no services are planned at this time.
