Pearl Mae Jones, age 77 of Springfield went home to be with the Lord Tuesday, August 31, 2021 at North Crest Medical Center.
She was born May 10, 1944 in Santa Fe, New Mexico to Alfred Eugene & Audrey Nadine Burress Bilbrey.
She worked as the head Accounts Receivable clerk for Western Belting. Mrs. Jones was a member of New Life Fellowship. She enjoyed reading, Elvis music, studying her Bible, watching old movies, and cooking. She loved to worship and lived her entire life serving the Lord. She enjoyed being a wife, mother, and grandmother more than anything else.
She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Laurence Jones; grandson, Gabriel Kelly Jones; 2 sisters, Betsy Ann Bilbrey and Oda Lee Vaughn; sister-in-law, Catherine Bilbrey.
She is survived by her son, Neal Jones; daughter, Shirley Jones, both of Springfield, TN; brothers, Olen Bilbrey, Murfreesboro, TN and Billy Joe (Becky) Bilbrey, White House, TN; 5 grandchildren, Bookie, Christian, Joee, Audrey, and Landen.
Funeral service is scheduled for Saturday, September 4, 2021 at 2 pm at New Life Fellowship with Bro. Steve Farmer and Bro. Rob Massie officiating. Interment will follow in White House Memorial Gardens with family and friends serving as pallbearers. Visitation is planned for Saturday, September 4, 2021 11 am until the time of the service at the church.
