Martha was born August 28, 1978, in Nashville.

Martha loved to travel and to see the many sights that the world had to offer. She had friends worldwide and was an “honorary aunt” to many that she met along life’s way. Martha was a member of Decatur City Church in Decatur, GA, and she touched the lives of so many people in the 45 years that God allowed her to walk this earth. She was always an independent and adventurous spirit.

She is survived by her mother: Martha Belk Rust of Adams, by her sisters and brother-in-law: Sarah and Jeremy Cecil of Clarksville, and Nancy Gay Rust of Adams, by her nieces: Charlee and Katherine Cecil of Clarksville, and by her cat Penelope, or better known to Martha as “Miss. P”.
