Linda Mathews Parker Taylor, age 83 of Greenbrier, passed from this life on Saturday, December 6, 2025 at her home.
Her wishes were to be cremated and a Celebration of Life service will be held at a later date.
Linda was born September 2, 1942 in Springfield to the late James B. and Louise Morris Mathews.
She was a retired Registered Nurse.
She was a Christian and was an avid believer and studied her Bible faithfully.
She enjoyed being with her family and also enjoyed cooking.
She was good at making cards and jewelry.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, James “Shade” Mathews.
Surviving her are her son, Robert Parker of Greenbrier; brother and sister-in-law, Larry and Joyce Mathews of Gallatin; and sister, Paulette Wildmone of Greenbrier.
