Linda Jean Brown, age 83, of Greenbrier, passed away Wednesday, January 24, 2024 at her home.
Mrs. Brown was born March 27, 1940 in Poole, KY to the late Albert Lewis Slaughter and Catherine Evan Abbott Slaughter.
She was a Bookkeeper for a local Drug Store for many years.
In addition to her parents, Mrs. Brown was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Lewis Brown; and a son, Anthony “Tony” Brown.
She is survived by her sons, Robert Martin “Marty” (ReDonna) Brown, and Timothy Wayne Brown; daughter, Cheryl Ann Jones; 5 grandchildren, Catherine Brown, Alexandra Brown, Jamie Suter, J.R. Suter, and Jared Suter; and 2 great-grandchildren, Cameron Suter and Kyleigh Boyd.
A Memorial Service will be held at Ebenezer Baptist Church at a later date.
