Larry Thomas Pinson, 81, of Springfield, passed from this life on Monday, June 12, 2023, at Skyline Medical Center.
Larry was born December 2, 1941, in Springfield, to the late Tom and Margaret Wright Pinson.
He was a lifelong farmer and was a member of Mt. Carmel Baptist Church. Larry enjoyed fishing, hunting, UT Vols sports, and watching his westerns on TV.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister: Jean Pitt.
Larry is survived by his wife of 63 years: Ann Wilson Pinson of Springfield, by his daughter and son-in-law: Kim and Mike Hendley of Springfield, by his son and daughter-in-law: Tommy and Mandy Pinson of Cross Plains, by his sister: Peggy Holbrook of Murfreesboro, and by his nine grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
Memorial services will be conducted Thursday, June 15th at 5:00 p.m. at Mt. Carmel Baptist Church with Pastor Russ Noss, Terry Roberts and Tim Harris officiating. The family will receive friends on Thursday from 2:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. at Mt. Carmel Baptist Church.
