Kristopher “Blake” Jones, age 28 of Springfield, Tennessee passed away on Friday, May 5, 2023 in Nashville.
He was born July 14, 1994 in Nashville, TN to Edward Earl Jones, III and Crystal Dawn Quarles.
He loved skateboarding and fishing. Blake was a member of Aberdeen First Baptist Church in Aberdeen, NC. A very blessed time in his life was in 2005 when he was able to lead his father to Jesus. His Dad now serves in ministry.
He is preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Joyce Quarles.
He is survived by his mother, Crystal Howell, Platte City, MO; father, Eddie (Lisa) Jones, Springfield, TN; brothers, Josiah Jones, Micah Jones and Isaiah Jones, all of Springfield, TN, Peyton Howell, Platte City, MO; sister, Alexis Howell (Bryan Lenus) Shelton, WA; maternal grandfather, Homer Quarles, White House, TN; paternal grandparents, Ed & Kay Jones, Springfield, TN.
A funeral service is scheduled for Thursday evening May 11, 2023 at 6 pm at the chapel at The Church at Grace Park with Pastor Bob Cook officiating. A private family inurnment will follow at a later date at the Hillcrest Cemetery Columbarium. Visitation with the family is planned for Thursday, May 11, 2023 3-6 PM at the chapel.
