Jimmy Eugene Webb, age 80 of Springfield, passed from this life on Friday, August 2, 2024 at his home.
Mr. Webb was born October 17, 1943 in Jonestown, MS to the late Eugene Sasser and Lillian A. Davis Webb.
He was the owner of Webb Repair.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a grandson, Austin Adams, and a sister, Shirley Jean Morgan.
Surviving him are his wife of 59 years, Eva Joyce Whiting Webb of Springfield; son and daughter-in-law, Jimmy Eugene “Jimbo” and Tonya Smith Webb, Jr. of Springfield; daughter, Destiny Webb Adams of Springfield; sisters, Nina Webb Steele of Tinley Park, IL and Thelma Webb of Lions, IL; grandchildren, Dillon Adams, Bethany Bratcher, and Dalton Webb; and great-grandchildren, Caden, Carter, Callen, and Rhett Bratcher.
Memorial services will be conducted Wednesday, August 7, 2024 at 3:00 PM in the Oakhurst Chapel of Robertson County Funeral Home with Tracy Devitt officiating.
The family request memorial contributions to be made to Robertson County Funeral Home to help with the expenses of Mr. Webb’s service.
