Janice Rebecca Moore, age 63 of Clarksville, Tennessee, died Thursday, July 15, 2021 at her home.
Funeral services will be conducted at Austin & Bell Funeral Home in Pleasant View on Monday, July 19, 2021 at 4:00 PM with Bro. James Hayes officiating. Her grandsons, Dwayne Brown, Jr., Alex Brown, and Sarah Brown will serve as honorary pallbearers. Her remains will be cremated following the funeral service.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday, July 18th from 2-6 PM and again on Monday from 2:00 PM until the hour of service at 4:00 PM.
Janice was born on August 17, 1957 in Nashville, Tennessee to the late J.B. & Bertha Newland Chandler. She owned her own cleaning business and was a long-time Cheatham County bus driver. She was a Christian.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by a daughter, Tanya Moore; brothers, John “Pat” Chandler and Robert “Mac” Chandler; and a sister, Annette Harris.
Survivors include her daughter, Becky (Clint) Rose; sister, Betty R. Jameson; grandchildren, William Walker, Jordan Musarra, Karley Musarra, Dalton Stuard, and Leah Rose; her significant other, Dwayne Brown “Peanut”, and many loving nieces & nephews and beloved friends.
The college funds of Janice’s grandchildren were important to her, if so desired memorial contributions may be made to those funds.
