Glenn Avery Toothman, age 46, of Springfield, passed away Thursday, June 1, 2023 at his home surrounded by his family.
Glenn was born October 19, 1976, in Springfield to Larry and Glenda Toothman.
He was a road maintenance worker for the Robertson County Highway Department and a farmer.
Mr. Toothman was preceded in death by his grandparents, Kenneth and Louise Toothman, and Ray and Dorothy Sterry.
Glenn is survived by his loving wife of 21 years, Kelly Toothman; sons, William Blake Toothman, and Parker Ewing Toothman; parents, Larry and Glenda Toothman; brothers, Rodney Toothman and his girlfriend Lisa Henley, Norman Toothman, Cory (Marissa) Toothman, and Ken (Beth) Toothman; and a sister, Melissa (Don) Crockett.
Funeral services will be conducted at 1 pm Tuesday, June 6, 2023 at Main Street Church of Christ in Springfield with Bro. Joe Rushing and Bro. Barry Throneberry officiating. Burial will follow in Mt. Sharon Cemetery with Ken Toothman, Cory Toothman, Nolan Toothman, Taylor Toothman, Norman Toothman, and Rodney Toothman. Honorary pallbearers will be the employees with the Robertson County Highway Department, and Ken Stroud.
The family will receive friends from 4-8 pm Monday, and again from 11 am until time of the service at 1 pm Tuesday, at the church.
In lieu of flowers, the family would like to request, that memorial donations be made to Glenn’s Sons education fund by sending donations to Kelly Toothman, c/o Austin & Bell Funeral Home.
