Garland Williams, age 74 of White House, passed from this life on Tuesday, February 15, 2022.

Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, February 19, 2022 at 10:00 AM in the Oakhurst Chapel of Robertson County Funeral Home with Pastor Joshua Culver officiating. Burial will follow in Springfield Memorial Gardens with D.J. Hunter, Jordan Hunter, Jerry Bohanon, Brian Williams, Tracey Poff, and Paco Sanchez serving as pallbearers. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Friday from 3 until 8 PM and Saturday from 8 AM until the hour of service.

Mr. Garland was born February 6, 1948 in Nashville to the late Garland and Virginia Crutcher Williams, Sr.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Patsy Ann Herman Williams; daughters, Teresa Norris and Tammy Cunningham; son, Paul Bohanon; brothers, Jerry Wayne and Danny Ray; and sisters, Barbara Brown and Sandra Clouse.

Mr. Williams’ pride and joy were his grandchildren. He loved riding his Harley and was a member of the Harley Davidson Hogs Rivergate Division and the White House Cruise-In. He enjoyed spending time working on his antique cars, owning a 1955, 1956, and 1957 Chevys.

He is survived by his daughter and son-in-law, Melissa and Jeremy Capps of White House; sons, David Bohanon of White House and Jerry Bohanon of Michigan; brothers and sister-in-law, Kenneth and Rebecca Williams of Nashville and Terry Roberts of Portland; sister, Sheryl Roberts of Nashville; 19 grandchildren; and 23 great-grandchildren.
