Forrest Ray Savley, age 90, of Springfield, passed away Friday, February 11, 2022 at NHC Springfield.
Graveside services will be conducted Tuesday, February 15, 2022 at 1:30 pm in the Coopertown Church of Christ Cemetery with Bro. Marvin Crouch officiating. Pallbearers will be Kenneth Wayne Head, Randy Head, Johnny Rawls, and Donald Ray Savley.
The family will receive friends Tuesday, February 15, 2022 from 11 am until 1 pm at Austin & Bell Funeral Home, Springfield.
Mr. Savley was born March 24, 1931 in Coopertown to the late William Henry and Amanda Wilson Savley. He was a farmer all his life.
In addition to his parents, Mr. Savley was preceded in death by 7 brothers, Bates, Henry, Charles, Shelby, Albert and Joe, and John Edward (twins).
Mr. Savley is survived by a nephew, Donald Ray (Charleine) Savley; and a great-niece, Rebecca (Andy) Dickinson.
