Carolyn Haynes, age 84 of Greenbrier, TN passed away Monday, June 2, 2025 at her residence.
Funeral Services will be held at 1 PM on Friday, June 6, 2025 in the Chapel of Austin & Bell Funeral Home in Greenbrier with Dr. Danny Weeks and Bro. Jon Briggs officiating. Burial will follow in Springfield Memorial Gardens with Mark Bixler, Joseph Lucas, Brian Cutulle, Austin Creppel, Kobe Creppel and Matthew Opron serving as pallbearers.
Visitation will be 4pm to 8pm on Thursday, June 5th and 11 AM until time of service on Friday at the funeral home.
Carolyn was born March 20, 1941 in Greenbrier to the late William Clyde and Lillian Williams Crain. She was also preceded in death by husband, Ike Haynes; sisters, Barbara Crain, Charlotte Dunnivant; brother, Sam Crain.
She is survived by son, Robert (Lori) McAlister of Greenbrier; daughter, Julie (Eric) Opron of Orlando, FL; brother, Robert (Diane) Crain of Greenbrier; 7 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren and 5 great-great-grandchildren.
She was a member of First Baptist Church in Greenbrier and the Eastern Stars. She loved the Meals on Wheels program, reading and traveling. She loved her family very much especially all the grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
