Barry Dwayne Felts, age 62, of Springfield, passed away Sunday, March 24, 2024 at his home.
Mr. Felts was born October 24, 1961 in Nashville to the late Homer and Mary McIntosh Felts. He worked as an elevator mechanic.
In addition to his parents, Mr. Felts is preceded in death by his grandparents, Homer and Nellie Felts, Sr., and brothers-in-law, Larry Goldstien and Kenny Pike.
Mr. Felts is survived by his wife, Robin Brady Felts; son, Barry Jordon “B.J.” Felts; daughter and son-in-law, Kristina and Justin Hendrick; sisters and brother-in-law, Teresa Parrish and Rhonda and Gayland Hester; and grandson, Robert Mason Hendrick. Mr. Felts is also survived by Egidio Antonio Martorano and Liene Pinto Marquas, exchange students of the Felts’ that are as close as siblings.
A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
If so desired memorial contributions may be made to the TN Baptist Children’s Home in memory of Mr. Felts’ mother, Mary McIntosh Felts. Any donations may be sent in c/o Austin & Bell.
