Mrs. Barbara Jean Hutton age 78 of Orlinda, TN died Sunday, November 7, 2021 at Gallatin Nursing and Rehab in Gallatin, TN.
Mrs. Hutton was born May 14, 1943 in Springfield, TN, daughter of the late Bennie and Fannie Cherry.
Mrs. Hutton is survived by her daughter Kim Key (Randy) of Springfield, TN, and her son Kevin Pope of Springfield, TN. A brother-in-law Warren Hutton and a sister-in-law Millie Hutton. Her three grandchildren Tiffany Hester (Michael), Alisha McCrary (Michael), and Cherry Pruitt (Keith). Eight great-grandchildren; Austin, Alex, Aubrey, Nicole, Kailyn, Mikayla, Liam, and Karlee Jo along with several nieces and nephews.
Along with her parents, Mrs. Hutton was preceded in death by her husband, Darrell Hutton. Three brothers Bobby, Freddie, and Jerry Cherry along with her sister Nancy Pearson. Jean was a member of Williams Chapel Baptist Church in Springfield, TN.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Wednesday, November 10, 2021 at Williams Chapel Baptist Church in Springfield, TN with Rev. David Dean officiating. Burial will follow at Williams Chapel Baptist Church in Springfield, TN. Visitation will be held Tuesday, from 4:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M., and Wednesday from 9:00 AM until service time at Williams Chapel Baptist Church. Pallbearers will be Jeff Cherry, John Pearson, Bennie Pearson, Walt Fulton, David Fulton, and Alex Hall.
