Katie Rose Clarke will reprise her role as Dolly Partonafter starring in the musical’s Nashville production at Belmont University. Carrie St. Louis will portray Dolly during her early Nashville years, while 11-year-old Norah Nunes will play Little Dolly.

John Behlmann will play Parton’s husband, Carl Dean, and Tony Award winner Gabriel Ebert will portray country music star Porter Wagoner.

The production will feature Parton classics including “Jolene,” “I Will Always Love You,” “Coat of Many Colors” and “9 to 5,” along with new songs written specifically for the musical.

Producers also announced plans to provide 30,000 free tickets to New York City public school middle and high school students during the show’s first year on Broadway.

The musical had its world premiere in Nashville last summer, where its sold-out run became the most successful production in the history of Belmont University’s Fisher Center for the Performing Arts.
