Applications for artisan and food vendors will be accepted through Aug. 21.

The festival, which runs from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., was previously hosted by the Willow Oak Center for Arts and Learning. This year marks the first time the Springfield Parks and Recreation Department will organize the event after taking over its management.

Visitors can browse more than 70 artisan booths featuring handmade artwork, jewelry, pottery, woodworking, quilts, stained glass, paintings, crochet, macramé, and other crafts. The event will also include live art demonstrations, interactive art installations, local food and beverage vendors, and live music.

City officials say the festival will continue its tradition of showcasing local and regional artists while offering a family-friendly day celebrating art, music, and the outdoors.

Vendor applications are being accepted until August 21, 2026. Vendors, including artisans and food vendors, can apply online at springfieldtn.gov. For inquiries or more information, contact Martha Haley by email at martha.haley@springfieldtn.gov or by phone at 615-382-2200.
