Shirley Jean Butler, age 90, of Whites Creek, Tennessee, died Sunday, October 19, 2025, at her home.
A graveside service will be conducted at 10:00 o’clock am, Wednesday, October 22nd, at Woodlawn Memorial Park in Nashville with Bro. Keith Howell officiating.
Mrs. Shirley was born on April 6, 1935, in Nashville, Tennessee, to the late Allen & Julia Davis Hall. She dearly loved her grandchildren and enjoyed cooking and trying new recipes, yardwork, painting, and crocheting. She was a Christian.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband of 47 years, Ross Butler.
She is survived by her children, Sheri Lain (Steve), Eddie Butler (Barbie), and Tim Butler (Jennie); grandchildren, Danny Lain (Monica), Andy Butler (Stephanie), Ben Butler (Kelly), and Amy Butler Jones (Scott); great-grandchildren, Jordan Lain, Julia Lain, Taylee Butler, Violet Butler, Emmitt Jones, Easton Butler, and George Butler; and many extended family members & dear friends who were like family to her.
