Richard ‘Rick’ Anthony Bonczek, age 67, of Cedar Hill, Tennessee, passed away on Sunday, January 29, 2023 at his home.
Mr. Bonczek was born on November 8, 1955, in Elmira, New York, to the late Stanley & Rita Kenchesski Bonczek.
He was a retired salesman who loved and lived for his grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his brother, Ronald Bonczek.
Survivors include his wife of 45 years, Carol Bonczek; son, Richard Bonczek II; daughters, Challis (Jason) Ryan and Emily Stacy; brothers, Raymond Bonczek, David Bonczek, Sr., and Steve Bonczek; grandchildren, Mahkenze Bonczek, Jackson Bonczek, Elinore Bonczek, Madison Ryan, Mac Ryan, Jacob Cornely, and Emma Stacy; nephew, David Bonczek, Jr., and numerous other nieces & nephews.
A memorial service will be held at Austin & Bell Funeral Home in Pleasant View at 10:00 AM on Saturday, March 4.
There will be no visitation prior to the memorial service.
