Paul Bryant Davis, age 75, of Ashland City, Tennessee, died Wednesday, March 18, 2026, at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville.
A Celebration of Life service will be held at a later date. Obituary will be updated when date and time are scheduled.
Mr. Paul was born on September 3, 1950, in Ashland City, to the late Andrew & Irene Bryant Davis. He was a retired teacher who taught science at Cheatham County Central High School for many years. He was also the Director at the Tennessee Department of Labor Lab and an educator at Corrections Corporation of America. He was raised and served at Simpkins Chapel United Methodist Church and was a longtime preacher and pastor for Beech Grove Church.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his brother, Sonny Davis; and sister, Brenda June Davis.
He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Debra Davis; daughters, Melissa Davis-Schafer (Josh) and Jennifer Pike (Paul); brothers, David Davis and Steve Davis; sister, Patricia Adcock (Andy); grandchildren, Carly, Joey, Stephen, and Cooper Pike; daughter by heart, Amy Pereira; several loving nieces & nephews; and his beloved cats, Oliver & Gracie.
