Frances Lorine Adcock, age 82, of Springfield, Tennessee, passed away peacefully at home on Thursday, March 6, 2025.
Frances was born on April 28, 1942, in Robertson County to the late Howard Carr and the late Mary Gregory Lipscomb. She was a graduate of Springfield High School Class of 1962 and was a long-standing member of North Springfield Baptist Church.
Frances worked over 40 years at Rand McNally/Nicholstone Bookbinder in Nashville and finished her career at Dometic Mobile Products in Greenbrier, and thereafter retired in 2023. She had an avid love of gardening, crafts, ceramics, and bowling.
Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by her late husband, Ralph Adcock, and by her sisters, Doretha Carr, Mary Ellen Mondt, and Mildred Groves.
Frances is survived by her loving husband: John L. “J.L.” Pearson, Sr. of Springfield, sons: Christopher (Linda) Adcock of Springfield and Jeffrey (Kristee) Adcock of Greenbrier; grandchildren, Matthew Adcock, Amber Adcock, Tyler Adcock, and Baleigh Adcock, and several great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, March 15th at 2:00 pm in the Oakhurst Chapel of the Robertson County Funeral Home with Reverend Michael Smith and Pastor Lunden Ruhstaller officiating.
Interment will follow in Springfield Memorial Gardens with family and friends serving as pallbearers. Visitation with the family will be at the funeral home on Saturday, March 15th from 10:00 am until service time at 2:00 pm.
