Elizabeth “Betty” Brown Tune, age 75, of Springfield, passed away Saturday, July 1, 2023, at her home. A memorial service will be held at a later date and her cremains will be buried in Elmwood Cemetery.
Mrs. Tune was born February 1, 1948 in Robertson County, TN to the late James W. and Sarah Holmes Brown. She worked as a school teacher.
Mrs. Tune is survived by her sister, Anne Dare Brown Haynes; niece, Allison Holman, great-nephews, Jay (Libby) Holman and Alan Holman and her best friend and caregiver, Marcia Hale.
