David Eugene Clouse, age 81, of Greenbrier, passed away Thursday, November 21, 2024, at his home. Funeral services will be conducted at 1pm Friday, November 29th, Austin & Bell Funeral Home in Greenbrier with Brother Donnie Bryant officiating. Burial will follow in Greenbrier Cemetery with Ronnie Clouse, Wayne Clouse, Jake Wilson, Carrson Grayson, Timmy Brown and Ricky Bryant serving as pallbearers.
The family will receive friends from 11am-1pm Friday, prior to the service at the funeral home.
Mr. Clouse was born November 1, 1943, in Springfield, TN, to the late Sydney Risteen and Alma Louise Clouse. He worked as an aircraft inspector and was a veteran of the U. S. Army serving in Vietnam.
In addition to his parents, Mr. Clouse was preceded in death by his wife, Peggy Ann Clouse, daughter, Samantha Kay Parker, brothers, Donnie Clouse, Walter Clouse and Billy Clouse, and sister, Eva Moore.
He is survived by his sons, Christopher (Melissa Pulley) Clouse, David Lynn (Cindy) Clouse and stepson Dwight Bryant; brothers, Ronnie Clouse, Wayne Clouse and Lonnie Clouse; sisters, Connie (Clouse) Goodman, Helen Locke Clouse and Faye Caldwell Clouse; 6 grandchildren, special grandchild, Mackenzie Wilson, Havanah Clouse, Josh Bryant, LeAnn Glatt, Dylan Bryant and Andrew Clouse; and 11 great grandchildren.
Austin & Bell Funeral Home in Greenbrier is in charge of these arrangements.
