He is survived by his spouse, Jean Clinard; Children, Chris Clinard, Kerry Clinard, Troy Clinard; Grandchildren, Katon Clinard; Siblings, Wayne Clinard, Sue Albright, Ricky Clinard, Kathy Wood.
He is preceded in death by his parents, John R. Clinard. and Georgia Clinard; son, Troy Clinard.
