A new sweet treat is coming to Springfield as Nothing Bundt Cakes prepares to open a bakery at 436 Shops Avenue. More Eat & Drink News
The popular bakery chain has confirmed the Springfield location on its official website, where it is currently listed as “Coming Soon.” It has not yet announced an official opening date.
The new bakery will specialize in handcrafted Bundt cakes topped with the company’s signature cream cheese frosting. Customers can choose from a variety of flavors, including Chocolate Chip, Red Velvet, White Chocolate Raspberry, Lemon, Confetti, and Carrot.
Nothing Bundt Cakes offers several sizes, including full-size Bundt cakes, individually packaged Bundtlets and bite-sized Bundtinis, which are popular for birthdays, weddings and other celebrations.
The Springfield location is part of the company’s continued expansion across Middle Tennessee, joining existing bakeries in Hendersonville, Clarksville, Nashville, Brentwood, Franklin, and other communities.
According to Robertson County business license records, Nothing Bundt Cakes received a business license dated October 1, 2026.
