Nashville Yards is bringing back its 2026 holiday celebration with a real ice-skating rink, a 40-foot Christmas tree, a holiday market, and more family-friendly activities.More Hometown Holidays
The 19-acre mixed-use development in downtown Nashville announced plans for its second annual “Holiday Central” celebration, taking place November 21 through January 3. The expanded festivities follow last year’s inaugural event, which attracted thousands of visitors.
One of the biggest additions this year is Rink Under Broad, a real ice-skating rink replacing last year’s synthetic rink. Located beneath Broadway and protected from the weather, the rink will be half the size of an NHL rink and open seven days a week beginning Saturday, November 21. Tickets will go on sale soon, and the rink will also be available for private events.
The holiday celebration continues Saturday, November 28, with the Nashville Yards Christmas Tree Lighting Spectacular at 5 p.m. at Ascension Saint Thomas Landing. The free event will feature the lighting of a 40-foot Christmas tree rising above the Broadway Bridge, making it one of the tallest holiday trees in Nashville.
Visitors can also shop for gifts at the Merry Market, a small-business holiday market featuring local artisans and vendors November 28–29 at Ascension Saint Thomas Landing.
Additional activities throughout the season will include free photos with Santa, courtesy of Ascension Saint Thomas, free holiday movie nights in partnership with Xfinity, and seasonal food and drink offerings.
Holiday Central takes place at Ascension Saint Thomas Landing at Nashville Yards. Validated parking will be available for visitors at 131 10th Avenue North.
