City of Springfield’s Trick or Treat on the Square Returns This Halloween

175

Calling all little ghouls and goblins! Join the City of Springfield for a spook-tacular Halloween at Trick or Treat on the Square in downtown Springfield on October 31st!

Bring your little ones for an afternoon of candy-filled fun as they visit local businesses and fill their bags with sweet treats, all for FREE!

It’s a safe and delightful way to celebrate Halloween with the community.

This year’s event will feature a new element: participants can pick up a passport stamp card from any of the participating businesses. As they visit each business, their cards will be stamped. Once all stamps are collected, participants can return their completed cards to City Hall at 405 North Main Street for a chance to win a prize pack, featuring candy and treats from a variety of participating businesses. Participants can also visit the Springfield Fire Department for a touch-a-truck experience outside City Hall.

Costumes are encouraged! View the trick or treating map here.
